Truck stop diner somewhere in Iowa. They served the worst water ever. We theorized
it came directly from the drains of the trucker showers connected to the restaurant.
Take a look at this menu, a vegan/vegetarian's nightmare featuring such items
as: "Meat Lover's Benedict", "St. Louis Riblettes", and
the "Cookies and Cream Extravaganza".
